U.S. MILITARY
SPECIAL OPS
Another highlight of my career, and something completely unique, was the work I did with our U.S. Military’s Special Operations. This is the only thing I can show you, the rest is top secret, quite literally.
What I can tell you is about the experience. We developed tactical and mission driven campaigns for our military’s elite, to be presented all the way up to the presidential office.
First, we had to make sure we passed a number of safety measures to be cleared, which included no windows in the office space, no internet connections, a grade of safe you might see in banks, complete disconnection from the internet and individual clearance process that took days to complete.
Then onto fingerprinting, clearance approval and the process of a “need to know basis” that includes code words and being “read on.” I can’t make this up, it happened.
The creative process posed a unique challenge in that all reviews had to happen in person which included many flights, all hard drives had be checked in and out with tamper proof tape and stored in the safe, no internet connection, USBs or printing. As you can imagine, this made the creative process and execution very cumbersome and slow.
I can’t say much more, but I can say that this was the greatest work I’ve ever had the privilege to be a part of.
